Caring for a Foam Pillow
- Spot clean only. Do not put a foam pillow in the washing machine or the dryer, as water breaks the foam down and it will not recover its shape.
- Dab any mark with a cloth dampened in cool water and a little mild detergent, then press dry with a towel and let it air dry completely.
- Air it out regularly to keep the foam fresh.
- Use a pillowcase. It takes the wear so the foam does not have to.

Finding Your Position
The contoured side goes under your neck, with the higher edge towards the bottom of the bed. Side sleepers want the taller contour; back sleepers usually find the lower one more comfortable.

Giving It a Few Nights
A contour pillow feels unfamiliar at first because it holds your head somewhere new. Most people need three or four nights before it stops feeling odd, so try not to judge it on the first morning.

Everyday Use
- Always use a pillowcase. One is not included, and a standard case fits.
- Air it out near an open window every so often to keep the foam fresh.
