International Orders

Incorrect Shipping Address

Calm Cloud is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible and the order must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
