Return Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect:

Opened or used press-on nails

Opened or used contact lenses

How to Start a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item received was damaged during transit

The wrong item was shipped
In these situations, Calm Cloud will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to the customer.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund when appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If additional assistance is needed, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Calm Cloud is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

For hygiene reasons, opened, used, washed, or damaged bedding products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened press-on nails and contact lenses cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
