Every Calm Cloud photo pillow is printed and sewn after you place your order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Your photo is printed on both sides, onto soft white short-plush fabric, so it looks right whichever way it lands on the sofa.
How long it takes
- Making it — 5 to 7 business days. Each pillow is printed, cut and sewn by hand after you order.
- Getting to you — 3 to 8 days. Free shipping anywhere in the US, and we email your tracking as soon as it leaves us.
- So most orders arrive about 2 to 3 weeks after you place them.
For the best result
Please upload a square photo. The pillow is square, so a taller or wider picture will be cropped to fit. Bright, clear, front-facing photos print best, and the larger the file you send, the sharper the print.

Because each one is made from scratch, please order at least three weeks before the day you need it.
