Applying them: size all ten dry before you open the glue — the right nail touches both side walls without pressing into skin. Wipe each nail with alcohol so it's clean and oil-free, apply a thin layer of adhesive to the press-on rather than to your nail, then press and hold for 20–30 seconds. Stay out of water for the first hour; that one rule accounts for most of the difference between two days of wear and two weeks.
Taking them off: soak your fingertips in warm soapy water until the adhesive softens, then ease each nail off from the side. Never pry a set off dry — that's what takes a layer of your natural nail with it.
